Where Kansas
Networks Meet
IXP.US Wichita is a secure, hardened, carrier-neutral telecommunications interconnection facility on Wichita State University's Innovation Campus, owned and operated by IXP.US. Networks exchange traffic locally on two exchanges and reach DE-CIX Dallas and the cloud without leaving Wichita.
2205 N. Fountain Ave., Wichita, KS 67220
Two exchanges. One neutral facility.
Networks bring fiber into the building through diverse, concrete-encased entrances, cross-connect in Meet Me Areas A and B, and exchange traffic on Omnexus IX, powered by DE-CIX, and on KCIX: two exchanges in one neutral facility.
Distributed 100G links to Kansas City and Dallas extend that reach to every network peering on KCIX and DE-CIX Dallas.
Local interconnection. Global reach.
